What locations are on your routes?

We proudly serve the Rhode Island and New Providence areas, providing convenient pick-up and delivery for all your laundry needs. If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

What can I expect for my first laundry service?

On the day of your pickup, a Waterman Laundry driver will arrive within your scheduled time.

  • Place your laundry in any bag (garbage, reusable, etc.).

  • Separate items needing special care or with stains.

  • Check your pockets! We aren’t responsible for items left inside.

The next day, your driver will deliver everything back during your delivery window. You’ll get a text when your laundry is on its way and once it’s delivered.

When will my order be returned?

Your clothes will be returned by 2 p.m. the next day—unless a different delivery date was chosen or your payment method was declined.

Can you do stain removal?

Absolutely! We offer light stain removal. Please place any stained items in a separate bag and include a note inside or update your laundry profile to let us know. Knowing the source of the stain is helpful, as different stains require specific treatments based on the fabric type.

While we’re often successful in removing stains, please note that we can’t guarantee full removal. For best results, we recommend pretreating stains before placing the item in the bag.

If you’d prefer, we can check and pretreat all stains for an additional $0.45 per pound.

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

No, we do not offer dry cleaning at this time.

No, we do not offer ironing services at this time.

Do I need to sort my items, like darks from lights and whites?

Nope! This service is designed to make your life easier. Leave the sorting to us!

Where should my order be picked up or delivered?

Your pickup/drop-off location should be a safe and secure spot where you feel comfortable leaving personal items. Many customers choose their front door, porch, or a secure gated area. Please note that our drivers cannot enter privately owned spaces or residences, so pickups and deliveries are limited to accessible locations outside your home, apartment, car, or garage.
